Where are your products sourced from?
Every product in our catalog is sourced directly from local producers and traditional cooperatives across Greece, from the olive groves of Kalamata to the mountains of Crete.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout if you need your Mediterranean favorites delivered sooner.
Can I return food items if I am not satisfied?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer international shipping outside of the EU?
Currently, we ship to all EU countries and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our logistics to provide worldwide shipping in the near future.
Are your olive oils and honeys certified organic?
