Check Eligibility
Ensure the items are non-perishable, unopened, and in their original packaging; please note that fresh produce and refrigerated goods cannot be returned for food safety reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the items or any shipping damage to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Carefully pack the eligible items in a sturdy box, include your RMA slip, and ship the package back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
